Heather Jones (b. 1987, Richmond, Virginia) is a Washington, DC-based abstract artist whose work explores emotion, perception, and human experience through colour and geometric form. Working primarily in acrylic paint, she creates vibrant compositions that transform complex feelings and ideas into bold visual abstractions.

Her work balances structure and spontaneity, using shape and colour as tools for reflection and emotional inquiry. Through carefully considered compositions, Jones invites viewers to engage with themes of aspiration, fulfilment, perception, and possibility.

Jones has presented solo exhibitions at 11:Eleven gallery, Cabada Contemporary, ArtHub 609, Homme Gallery, and Northern Virginia Community College. Her work has been exhibited nationally, including at the Affordable Art Fair New York, and has been featured by The Washington Post and Washington City Paper.
